How to Review the Status of an Application as a Tenant Agent

Purpose: Tenant Agents can view the status of an application by visiting their Apply Now Application Portal. They can see if the application has been started, is in progress, or has been completed.

Step by step instructions:

1. Access Apply Now by clicking on the Application tab from the main menu bar at the top of the page.

2. On the My Applications page, view the status of any Rental Beast application.

Note: Only designated authorized reviewers can view completed applications and reports. Tenant Agents facilitate the application process between the designated reviewer (listing agent or landlord) on behalf of the Applicant; they can view the status of an application but not the application or reports themselves.
