How to Change the Reviewer After an Application is Submitted

Purpose: This article explains how Real Estate professionals can transfer viewing rights to another reviewer, such as a Landlord, after an Apply Now the application has already been submitted by an Applicant. Apply Now allows only one Reviewer to access the application and reports at a time.

Steps by step instructions:

1. Access Apply Now by clicking on the Applications tab from the main menu bar at the top of the page.

2. Find the application you need to change the Reviewer for, enter the email address for the person authorized to review reports, and click Submit.

Note: The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that only property owners or authorized designees review credit reports.

3. After clicking Submit, an email will be sent to the new Reviewer with a link to access Rental Beast and accept their role as the New Reviewer.

4. The New Reviewer will now be able to view the application and results.
