What is the purpose?
This guide aims to help Rental Beast Pro users maximize their brand visibility and generate leads.
Utilizing MyRentals Page allows users to create a customizable rental listing website featuring listings they specifically select. Users can distribute their MyRentals Page or select listings through multiple online methods to generate leads. Leads generated through your MyRentals Page are automatically accepted by you, which means they won’t be distributed for other agents to accept.
As users generate traffic, there are features that allow them to manage their communication with leads and collect renal applications efficiently.
By the end of this guide, Rental Beast Pro users will know how to:
- Customize their MyRentals Page.
- Brand their MyRentals Page.
- Get visibility for their MyRentals Page and listings.
- Use automated welcome emails for new leads.
- Collect applications with their MyRentals Page.
Step 1: Configure Your MyRentals Page:
- Go to “Settings” in your Rental Beast portal.
- Click the “MyRentals Page” tab.
- To change what listings are displayed under “MyRentals Page Listing Display Settings” click “Configure Visible Listings”. There are three options:
- “Show available listings from MyListings tab” will show all -“Active” listings in your MyListings tab.
- “Show Rental Beast listings I have bookmarked” will show all -“Active” bookmarked listings. Click here to learn how to bookmark listings.
- “Show any Rental Beast Reviewed Listings that match below” will show any listings in the cities or neighborhoods selected.
- Once you have configured your MyRentals Page with the desired settings, click “Save Changes”.
- You can see how your clients will view your MyRentals Page by copying and pasting the URL provided at the top of the MyRentals Page settings page into a new browser window.
Step 2: Brand Your MyRentalsPage:
- Go to “Settings”.
- Go to “My Profile”.
- Click on “Upload Picture” and use the file navigation box to select the desired file. Then click “Upload”.
- Once the picture is uploaded, click “Save”.
Step 3: Publicizing your MyRentalsPage:
- Find Your MyRentals Page Unique URL: The link at the top of the MyRentals Page settings page is your unique MyRentals Page URL.
- Send to Clients: This link can easily be sent to a client via email, text, or any other communication method.
- Add To Your Social Media Pages: Easily add to any social media using the “hyperlink” function.
- Add to Your Business Website: If you have a business website, you may be able to add the MyRentalsPage to the navigation menu or as a header on your website using a link redirect.
Step 4: Configure and Activate your Automated New Lead Welcome Email
- Go to “Settings” in your Rental Beast Portal.
- Click on “Lead Management” located under the tab.
- Under this tab, locate and click on “Lead Intake Configuration” at the top of the page.
- To enable the feature, click on the button that reads “Off” to change it to “On”.
- Click on “Advanced Settings” to reveal your welcome email content.
- To customize the email, click “Set Custom Content” on the right side of the page. You will now have the ability to edit the contents of the email.
- To insert dynamic tags in your email, click the “Dynamic Tag” box and select the tags to place within your email. The information inside of these tags will be auto-filled with information pulled from your Rental Beast portal.
- Once you have completed your email settings, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
Pro Tip: Include the “Client Questionnaire” for your client to fill out. Any information submitted by them will be populated on their client detail page!
Step 5: Collect Rental Applications with your exclusive Rental Listing via your MyRentalsPage
- Ensure your rental listing is set to receive applications via Rental Beast Apply Now. To do this, head to your “MyListings” tab and click “Edit” an active exclusive listing you want to collect rental applications on.
- When editing your listing, click “Applications”, and select “I will review applications for this listing”. You may first need to accept any FCRA regulations.
