The purpose of this article is to provide users guidance on how to CC themselves on listing alerts that are set up for their clients.
How to CC Yourself on Inventory Alerts
Enable Notifications
- Go to “Settings” in the top right hand corner.
- Under the Application tab, click the “Client Communication” button.
- To enable your notification, under the “Client Emails CC Settings” section click the slider icon to change it from No to Yes next to “Listing alerts for my clients”.
- Click “Save Changes”.
Note:
Remember to unsubscribe your clients from listing alerts once you’ve helped them locate a rental, to prevent them and yourself from receiving continuous alerts.
Troubleshooting:
We recommend accessing Rental Beast on a desktop/laptop computer using the Google Chrome browser.
