How to Access Additional Rental Beast Support

What is the purpose?

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to access the Rental Beast Tutorial Center and Rental Beast Live chat. The Rental Beast Tutorial Center provides users quick access to guided tours that explain how to use various functions of the broker portal.  

How to Access Your the Tutorial Center

  1. While inside of your Rental Beast portal, find the “rocket” icon at the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Click the “rocket icon” to access the Tutorial Center.
  3. Choose the category that you like to learn more about and click.
  4. This will reveal a list of specific function guides within that category.
  5. When you click on a guide a box will appear and give you a step-by-step walkthrough of the function.

How to Get Real-Time Help through Chat Support

  1. While inside of your Rental Beast Dashboard, find the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Click on the icon to reveal your chat box.
  3. Click on the “I Need Support” button.
  4. Click “Start A Chat”. A representative will be assigned to assist you.
  5. To end a chat, simply click the large x at the bottom right of the chat box.
