The purpose of this article is to provide guidance for users on how to receive  real - time chat support that Rental Beast Gateway and Pro users have access to.

How to Get Real-Time Help through Chat Support

  1. While inside of your Rental Beast Dashboard, find the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Click on the icon to reveal your chat box. 
  3. Click on the “I Need Support” button. 
  4. Click “Start A Chat”. A representative will be assigned to assist you. 
  5. To end a chat, simply click the large x at the bottom right of the chat box.

Real-Time Chat Support is available during the business hours of Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm EST. You can also receive support through email at support@rentalbeast.com Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm EST.
