How to Access Apply Now for Non-MLS Listings

Notes: Rental Beast Pro subscribers have additional options for inviting customers to apply for non-MLS properties.

Any real estate professional inviting a client to apply for a rental using the Apply Now system should always verify that the landlord will accept applications via Apply Now before initiating an application invitation.

Step by step Instructions:

  1. Access the Rental Beast system by clicking on the Rental Beast icon from the Miami Services -Single Sign-On Services Dashboard (This will open the Rental Beast Gateway in a new tab).

2. Click Rental Applications from the main menu bar at the top of the Rental Beast Gateway Portal.

3. Once in the My Applications Page, initiate an application by clicking on the red Initiate an Application button.
