How to Access Apply Now for Miami MLS Listings (Miami MLS-RB Gateway)

Purpose: This article explains how RB Gateway customers access the Apply Now tool through an MLS listing to initiate an application for a rental listed on the MLS.

Notes: Any agent inviting a client to apply for a rental using the Apply Now system should always verify that the Landlord will accept applications via Apply Now before initiating an application invitation.

Step by step instructions:

1. Go to the Listing Detail page for the MLS Listing.
2. Click on the Apply Now button on the Actions menu found at the bottom of the page

3. Clicking the Apply Now button will bring you to Rental Beast’s application form, which will start the application process.
