Tracking and Managing Renter Clients

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to add and manage clients within the Rental Beast portal. 

What is the purpose?

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to add and manage clients within the Rental Beast portal. 

Any leads you receive through Rental Beast  will automatically appear under your “Client's” tab. You also have the option to manually add renter clients to your Rental Beast CRM. 

Adding a Single Client Manually

  1. Go to the “Clients” tab
  2. Click on the ‘Renter Clients List’ tab.  
  3. Find the Quick Add section to the left of your screen.
  4. Select your client type from the drop down box.
  5. Once your client type is selected, add in your client’s contact information.
  6. Click the “Add” button.
  7. Your client will appear in the list in the center of your screen and also under your recent section to the left of the page.

Note:

Your client list will default to 10 per page. You can adjust this number by selecting the drop down arrow next to the number 10 and select up to 100 per page.

 

Editing Client Information

  1. Go to the “Clients” tab
  2. Locate the client name that you would like to edit the information for and click on the name.
  3. Inside of the client profile, click “Edit Client” to enable the ability to update information.
  4. When finished, click “Save Changes” at the top of the page.
