  • Discuss a tenant agency agreement/contract with a client and confidently discuss its role in a real estate transaction.
  • Create value propositions to articulate the benefits of your services to overcome common client concerns/objections.
  • Explain how a commission is earned/owed to ensure the client's expectations around commission are clear.
  • Negotiate a commission and confirm listing details with a property contact/manager to accurately explain commission requirements per property for a client.

Ben earned his Virginia Real Estate License and closed over $4 million in commercial and residential deals from 2012 to 2014. Over the last decade, he held roles in marketing, sales, and instructional design. Ben has an Instructional Design Certification from the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and is a certified ATD Master Instructional Designer. He is currently earning his M.Ed in Learning Design and Technology at Texas A&M.
