Syndicating RealPage to Rental Beast
Connecting Rental Beast to your Property Management System
To syndicate RealPage with Rental Beast, complete the following steps:
1. Log in to "RealPage Account"
2. Click on "Marketing Center"
3. Select the property you want to connect to "Rental Beast"
4. In the "Listing Services" dropdown, select the "3rd Party ILS" tab
5. Under "Active 3rd Party ILSs (Internet Listing Services)," click "Add Channel."
6. When the "MANAGE SYNDICATION" box opens, check the "Enable" box for each channel that you want to add, and click "Save"
8. To ensure your leads are routed correctly, click "Edit" on the Channel
9. Complete the following lead delivery information:
- Lead Delivery Email: Enter the lead tracking email address but if the property does not use lead tracking, enter the property email address.
- Lead Delivery Phone: Enter the lead tracking phone number but If the property does not use lead tracking, enter the office phone number.
- Listing Link: Enter the property listing link. You may view the property listing on the ILS website, copy the URL, and then paste the link into this field.
10. Click "Save."
