What is the Purpose?
The purpose of this article is to guide RPR members through the process of accessing Rental Beast to obtain and share your Quick Apply link.
How to Access Rental Beast
Under Additional Resources inside of your RPR Dashboard click the “Rental Beast” icon.
A Login page will appear. If you are a member of a Rental Beast Partner, you will click the button for your affiliated MLS. If you are not, you will click the “Get Started” button to create an account.
You will fill in your information in the pop up that appears. If it is your first time logging in, you will be asked to enter your RPR listing URL. This will be used to create your listing link.
After you’ve submitted your information, you will receive a verification email to finish setting up your account. Click the “Verify your email address” button to proceed.
You will be brought to a webpage where you will be able to create your account, set a password and be brought into your Rental Beast Dashboard.
How to Obtain your Quick Apply Link
You will receive your Quick Apply Link via email but can also access your link anytime within your Rental Beast Portal.
Existing Listing
Go to your “My Listings” tab.
Click on your listing or the drown down arrow to view “Tenant Quick Apply Link.”
Copy and paste your link wherever you would like to share.
New Listing
Go to your “My Listings” tab.
Click the “Get Quick Apply Link” button.
Fill in the listing details fields marked with an asterisk for your link and click the “Submit” button.
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your link will be emailed to you within 20 minutes.
How Your Quick Apply Link Works
Invite applicants to apply: Copy and share your Quick Apply Link with an interested applicant. The applicant can then start filling out the application. The best part is that the application is completely mobile-friendly!
Applicant completes application: They will fill out basic information, such as: Employment history and past rental history. Once they submit the application, TransUnion will compile the applicant's reports.
Tenant Screening Reports Ready: You will receive a notification when the reports are ready to review. You can easily share all the reports with a property owner or manager if needed.
What’s included in a Tenant Screening Report
Credit Report: A complete overview of an applicant's credit history, court case disputes, collections, and more. The entire report is in an easy-to-read format for review.
Eviction Report: Results come from one of the largest eviction databases subject to the FCRA. They have over 16 million eviction records covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
