What is the purpose?
The purpose of this article is to provide guidance to Rental Beast users on how to view and track any registered client activities via your Client Activity Hub provided information for accepted leads.
What is Tracked in the Activity Hub?
Your Activity Hub will track and display any activities performed by a client who you have accepted as a lead through the Rental Beast system.
Activities that are tracked in your Client Activity Hub include:
- A lead is accepted or auto-accepted
- A client requests a showing
- A client favorited a listing
- A client may be approaching a lease renewal
- A client received a new listing alert
- A client completed the client questionnaire.
To “register” your client, you must add the client as a client under your clients tab.
Viewing Activity Hub
- Go to the “Clients” tab.
- Click on the “Activity Hub” section.
- The Activity Hub will display your client actions in reverse chronological order with the most recent activity at the top of the list.
- To search for a specific client, type their name in the search bar towards the top of the page.
- New alerts that haven’t been viewed yet will have a “New” icon next to the alert header.
- Whenever you accept a new lead, or the lead favorites a listing or requests a showing, there will be a “View listing” to the relevant listing on the right side of the alert. Clicking the link will open the listing in a new browser tab.
- Alerts can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the carat icon on the left side of the alert.
- You can expand or collapse all of the alerts at once by clicking the “Expand All” or “Collapse All” links above the activity alerts.
