How to Use Showing Time

What is ShowingTime and how does it work?

ShowingTime is one of the industry-leading tour scheduling and tracking softwares. It allows real estate professionals to schedule showings at their own or other properties, and send notifications to clients about upcoming showings. They provide detailed showing statistics and the ability to get feedback about a property from a client. 

Once a listing is added to Rental Beast, the information is sent to the MLS, goes to ShowingTime, and returns to Rental Beast. Given this process, it takes about an hour for the ShowingTime link to reflect in Rental Beast on the listing detail page.

ShowingTime allows users to:

  1. Schedule appointments electronically or by calling the ShowingTime Help Center
  2. Have Company Branded notifications sent to the client
  3. Give consumers the ability to schedule multiple appointments simultaneously with their Showing Cart.
  4. Receive secure access details and showing instructions
  5. Have access to in-app messaging to connect with other agents and clients

Showing Time can be accessed in three places within Rental Beast:

  • Showing Time can be found by clicking on Settings which will link the agent to their ShowingTime portal.


  • Once a listing has an MLS ID the Listing Agent can access their ShowingTime settings for that listing via “MyListings” > “Enter a Listing” > “Showing Info” > “Enable ShowingTime”
  • Once a listing has an MLS ID a “Schedule a Showing” button will appear on the listing details page for a real estate professional to use.
