How to Update a Listings Status
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to update the status of their listing to Rented, Cancelled, or Withdrawn in the MyListings Tab in Rental Beast.

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to update the status of their listing to Rented, Cancelled, or Withdrawn in the MyListings Tab in Rental Beast.
How to Update a Listing Status:
- Go to the “My Listings” tab.
- Find the listing you want to update and click on it to expand the listing details.
- Locate the “Status” drop-down menu which contains the following options: “Active, Application Pending, Rented, Cancelled, and Withdrawn.”
- Once you select the appropriate option, a box will appear to ask you to confirm your selection. Please note that you must input some required information to switch an “Active” listing to “Rented.
- To finish changing the listing status, click either the “Yes” or “OK” button.
- Please Note: Your listing must be “Active” to have the “Rented” and “Application Pending” options.
