The purpose of this article is to guide Rental Beast Pro users on how to enable and customize an automated welcome email response for newly accepted leads.
This email will be the first contact with your client and can be customized to introduce yourself and give the best overview of what they can expect from you and the service that you provide.
Note: Once Lead Intake is enabled, a generic email is already ready for your clients to receive for any newly accepted leads afterward.
Note: You have the ability to set a specific amount of time that your email is sent after the lead is accepted. The minimum is 1 minute. You can also enable a timed reminder text message to yourself, that will prompt a follow up to your new lead. To enable both of these options, click the boxes next to each section.
Note: If you would like to receive a count of similar listings when you accept a lead, click on the checkbox next to “Send me a count of similar listings when I accept a lead”. This will display a menu where you can define what you would consider a “similar listing”.
