How to Send Client Questionnaire Automatically / Manually

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to configure their settings to have the Client Questionnaire automatically sent to newly accepted leads.

What is the purpose?

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to configure their settings to have the Client Questionnaire automatically sent to newly accepted leads. You are also able to manually send the Client Questionnaire to leads that were added manually. 

Step 1: Configuring Lead Intake Welcome Email

  1. Go to “Settings” in your Rental Beast portal.
  2. Under the “Application” section, click into the “Lead Management” tab. 
  3. At the top of this page, click on the “Lead Intake Configuration” button. 
  4. Scroll to the middle of the page and click on “Advanced Settings”. 
  5. This action will reveal a window that holds the content for the automated welcome email. To customize, click “Set Custom Content” to the right of the page. 
  6. You are now able to edit the verbiage of the email as well as insert specific dynamic tags within your email.

Note: Members will utilize their automated welcome email to not only introduce their services to clients but assist with lead qualification by using the “<rental_questionnaire>” dynamic tag to insert the client questionnaire within the welcome email. 

Step 2: Manually sending Client Questionnaire

  1. Go to the “Clients” tab. 
  2. Click on “Renter Client List”. 
  3. Locate the client name that you would like to send the questionnaire and click into their profile. 
  4. At the very top of the profile page, click the “Send Qualification Questionnaire” button. 
  5. Click “Send A Request” to send the questionnaire. 
  6. Your client will receive an email with an invitation to complete their client questionnaire. 
  7. Any information submitted by the client will be automatically populated in their client details page and you will be notified of the submission. 

Note: You are also able to view the past request that has been sent for the client by clicking “View Sent Request.”
