How To Search For Listings in Rental Beast Pro

The purpose of this article is to provide guidance on how to search for Rental Beast owner-sourced and other MLS© member rental listings.

What is the purpose?

The purpose of this article is to provide guidance on how to search for Rental Beast owner-sourced and other MLS© member rental listings.

Why is this important?

Rental Beast is building the largest database of owner-sourced rental listings in your market. We spend an enormous amount of time, capital and human energy building this database of owner-sourced or For Rent By Owner (FRBO) listings, so you don’t have to! Every Rental Beast reviewed rental listings comes directly from the owner, landlord or management company so the information is as accurate as we can make it.

Before an owner sourced listing becomes active in our database we try and get in-detail listing information such as showing instructions, pet specs, parking and laundry information and much more.

In addition to providing your client with more rental options our owner-sourced rentals are a great source of potential landlord client's as you know these listings are not represented by another real estate professional!
