How to Search by Property Type / Structure

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to filter your search results by building type and structure type.
Filter By Property Type
- Go to the “Search” Tab.
- Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
- Add any general search filters you desire and then click the advanced search slider icon next to the “Search” button.
- In the window that appears, In the first column locate the Property Info section and click “More Filters”.
- Locate the “Property Type” field and click into the box. This action will give you the option to select from the drop down list of desired property types.
- Click “Search” at the top of your window to generate results.
