What is the purpose?
The purpose of this article is to provide users guidance on how to properly configure their settings to receive Rental Beast lead alerts via text.
Notes: Leads generated on FRBO listings have a 10 minute time window for acceptance. Leads generated on your exclusive rental listing are automatically accepted by you.
Receive Leads Via Text
- Go to “Settings” in your Rental Beast portal.
- Under the “Application” section, click on the “Lead Management” tab.
- Click the slider to change the “No” to “Yes” to enable receiving leads via text message.
- Fill in the field next to Mobile Phone with your preferred contact number.
- If you would like to receive a confirmation email upon accepting a lead, click the slider to change from “No” to “Yes” to enable this email.
- You can also ensure that your client receives the “Client Questionnaire email” automatically when you accept them as lead. To do this, you will click the slider next to the option so that it shows as “Yes”.
Note: You have the ability to add additional emails for teammates or other associated emails that will also receive the email confirmation upon accepting a lead. This will include the lead's contact information.
- Click the “Save Changes” button to save your settings.
