How to Receive and Accept Leads

Agents eligible to receive leads from Rental Beast will be notified by email and text when a new lead comes in. This process will show agents how to view and accept leads when they come in.

How to Receive and Accept Leads  


Purpose: Realtors eligible to receive leads from Rental Beast will be notified by email and text when a new lead comes in. This process will show realtors how to view and accept leads when they come in.


Notes: 

If you are eligible to receive leads from Rental Beast, the lead notifications will always come through via email. To configure your account to be notified via text message, please visit Receiving Leads via Text Message.


1. To ensure your account is ready to receive leads, begin by clicking on the Settings button on the top right of the screen.

2. Under the "Application" section, select Lead Management and then click Lead Filtering Configuration.

3. On the Lead Filtering page, confirm that your slider is set to On. This will confirm that your account is ready and able to receive leads from Rental Beast.

4. When a lead notification comes through email, open the email and review the information about the lead offer. Use the “View Listing” link to see which property the lead is interested in. If you want to accept the lead, click on the Accept Lead button. If you reply within 10 minutes, you will be brought to a page that confirms your acceptance and provides contact information for the lead.

5. When a lead notification comes through as a text message, open the text message and review information about the lead offer. If you want to accept the lead, reply “Yes” to the text offers. If you reply within 10 minutes, you will receive a follow-up text message from Rental Beast with the contact information for the lead.

6. Once you have accepted a lead, you will view the client contact info along with a link to the property they are interested in on under the "Clients" tab in the Renter Clients List and the Activity Hub.
