    Mitch Deminski has been a real estate investor since 1998 and started a Property Management company in 2001 in Columbus, Ohio. In 2018, he bought a HomeVestor franchise, We Buy Ugly Houses, and continues to flip 12-15 houses annually. Mitch grew his property management company to 550 doors and sold it in 2022.

    Mitch has done numerous podcasts and speaking engagements for investors, agents, brokers, and property managers on self-management, working with investors, and building a profitable business. He currently owns 32 investment properties free and clear. He recently launched an Investor Series with Keller Williams ReEquityGroup and offers a combination of online courses and consulting services for real estate professionals.
