Yes. Leads you receive on your Rental Beast list through the Miami MLS partnership do not have a referral fee attached.
If you have received a lead notice, the renter found your property on our website, RentalBeast.com.
You will receive an email notification at the email address you have on file with MIAMI MLS. This notification will provide you with the lead’s name and contact information, and property address.
You will need to follow MIAMI MLS procedures for changing your email on file with MLS. Once the email address has been updated in MLS, the new email will be automatically sent over to Rental Beast. This process may take up to 48 hours to complete.
Any member of the MIAMI MLS with a rental listing is eligible to receive a lead on that listing from Rental Beast. All leads generated on RentalBeast.com will be sent only to the listing agent.
Some MIAMI MLS members also have invested in a Rental Beast Pro subscription to gain additional benefits for their rental business, such as access to a database of off-MLS listings. These agents also receive leads generated off Rental Beast listings on RentalBeast.com and other syndication partners and lead generated from their agent website for rentals (a.k.a. the “My Rentals Page”). All MIAMI MLS rental listings are displayed on these personalized agent sites, with leads sent to the owner of the My Rentals page (who may or may not be the listing agent).
