The purpose of this article is to guide Rental Beast Pro users on how to claim and configure their My Rentals Page.
What is it?
Your My Rentals Page is a custom branded webpage that can be used to market your exclusive rental listings and give you more control over your own lead generation. Or, if you don’t have any exclusive rental listings, you can market any Rental Beast Reviewed FRBO (For-Rent-By-Owner) listing(s).
You can send your My Rentals Page directly to a prospective client or current client. The client can view the different properties available and can indicate interest in a listing by “saving” or “scheduling a showing” for that particular listing. This client would then come back to you as a lead with all their contact information and specific activity (“saving” or “scheduling a showing”) notated in your Client Activity Hub. Any additional actions taken by the client will also be shown as an activity alert in your Client Activity Hub.
If you are using Apply Now by Rental Beast, interested client's would be able to apply directly from your My Rentals Page on any of your exclusive listings.
Configure Your My Rentals Page
- Go to “Settings” in your Rental Beast portal.
- Click the “My Rentals Page” tab.
- To change what listings are displayed under “My Rentals Page Listing Display Settings” click “Configure Visible Listings”. There are three options:
- “Show available listings from MyListings tab”: will show all “Active” listings present in your MyListings tab.
- “Show Rental Beast listings I have bookmarked”: will show all “Active” bookmarked listings. Click here to learn how to bookmark listings.
- “Show any Rental Beast Reviewed Listings that match below”: will show any listings in the cities or neighborhoods selected.
- Once you have configured your My Rentals Page to the desired settings, click “Save Changes”.
- You can see how your client's will view your My Rentals Page by copy/pasting the URL provided at the top of the My Rentals Page settings page into a new browser window.
Brand Your MyRentalsPage
- Go to “Settings”
- Go to “My Profile”
- Click on “Upload Picture” and use the file navigation box to select the desired file. Then click “Upload”.
- Once the picture is uploaded, click “Save”.
Using Your MyRentalsPage
The link at the top of the My Rentals Page settings page your unique My Rentals Page URL that is specific to you.
Send to Clients
This link can easily be sent client's via email, text or any other communication method.
Add To Your Social Media Pages
Easily add to any social media by using the “hyperlink” function.
Add to Your Business Website
If you have a business website you may be able to add the MyRentalsPage to the navigation menu or as a header on your website using a link redirect.
