How to Turn on Syndication for a Listing

Rental Beast Gateway Syndications
Any Rental Beast Gateway user will have the option to syndicate their listing to RentalBeast.com and the MLS© & Rental Beast partner website.
Rental Beast Pro Syndications
Any Rental Beast Pro member will have the option syndication their listing RentalBeast.com, the MLS© & Rental Beast partner website and any additional premium syndication partners listed.
When Adding a New Listing
If you are adding a new listing, the option to allow syndication will be located within the section labeled “Leads & Notes”. You must complete and save the “Address & Owner” section for the “Leads & Notes” section to be editable.
When Editing a Listing
- Go to the “My Listings” tab.
- Click on the listing you want to edit and click the “Pencil” icon to edit your listing.
- Next click the section labeled “Leads & Notes”.
- In the “Allow Syndication” field, choose Yes.
- Choose any basic syndicators by checking the box next to them.
- If you are a Rental Beast Pro member, you will be able to select any and all premium syndication partners.
- Once you have chosen the appropriate syndication partners, click the “Save” button.
