How to Search for MLS Member Listings Only

What is the Purpose

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to search for MLS member listings only.

Click on the “Search” tab.
Click the “Clear Criteria” button to reset search filters.
Click on the “Advanced Search” icon. It has three horizontal bars and is located directly next to the blue “Search” button.
Under “Listing Criteria” find the MLS/Agency field and click into the box to select "MLS Only”.
If applicable, fill in any additional search criteria.
Click the blue “Search” button.
Only MLS member listings will appear in the search results.
